I've don't have Aids, but another viral condition. Coconut oil has never worked for me, but Protocel 23 does work like magic for me. Others have said the same, especially other people with Aids. If I had Aids, this is what I would personally use. I started using it for cancer, but noticed its extreme antiviral activity..good luck!
