Could sudden systemic joint pain be bromide detox?

Long time lurker, first time poster. If this has been discussed before, I'd love direction on where.

Greetings from the Rockies. I'll get right to the point.
I'm suffering. 51, female. Severe joint pain all over. Recently treated for early estrogen-dependent breast cancer. Using cruciferous veggies to reduce estrogen naturally. Seems to have worked beautifully - apparent immediate, drastic cycle shut-down. Went from regular/frequent cycles to none for 6 months. Also significant joint pain (hands, neck, shoulders, low back, hips.) Never had this pain before.
For breast health, started Lugol's 5% in June, increasing to 50mg/day by July. Serum up from a baseline 52.4 ug/L to 604.6 by August! (Reference ranges I've seen go up to 300 or so). Backed down to maintenance of 6.25 since.

Question: many Breast Cancer patients on estrogen-lowering drugs complain of sudden, severe joint distress, so my first read was estrogen loss. But another guess is bromide detox. Is the joint pain from detox usually this severe? I drink well water with very little flouride, and don't eat much bread. No other apparent detox symptoms. I'm also not on much Iodine right now-could it be a slow or delayed reaction?
Help, please! Thank you!
