Re: Hairloss, not.

It took about a year until the bald temples was filled in, almost as before. Same time it took to get the body temp up. Gradually I stopped worrying about it, as even on the lower dosages (20-30 mg)that I used first half year, stopped the balding.

To correct my hypo T I needed to go over 60 mg daily; first a detox period, approx 3 months. I also had adrenal fatigue, as these two conditions come together. I believe hypo T is more related to hairloss than adrenal fatigue, but all the endocrine organs rely on the others.
Loads of salt, vit c, b helps. Licorice root. Magnesium as well! Adrenals do affect the digestion, have a say in stomach acid etc. I healed my thyroid and adrenals simultanously; only a tiny bit of the AD left.

I would not worry about going over 100 mg, as long as you adjust with selenium. The hairloss usually last for just a few weeks, until the hypo T are corrected. A dosage over 100 mg are needed IMO, even gram sizes, to correct a thyroid disorder.
The hairloss I have seen in the cases around me; was seen in a trancient phase; days mostly.

Another thing that improved greatly with Iodine was skin and nails, hypo T has this terribly dry skin, splitting weak nails. I could slash a ton of creams on, it still felt as if the skin would break.
