I would not say 'probably' here as wired does, but he definitely brings up a 'possibility' in my opinion, which is a very important one. Kudos to Wired for raising the adrenaline possibility.

IF you actually have high night time cortisol then a product called Seriphos could help. At times it has been very very helpful for me, at other times it has not. It has helped a lot of people though.

But, as wired states, if cortisol is very low, then adrenaline kicks in, so Seriphos could backfire in that case. In my recent uses, it has actually made my insomnia worse, so I suspect high cortisol is no longer a problem for me, but it certainly once was.

If you are fairly confident it is high cortisol, you could give some seriphos a shot. If your not confident, get a saliva test done.
