flush that liver! i have done 5 and i am doing #6 tomorrow...i know i still have liver issues since i dont digest fats well at all...i have seen sheep flukes...and lots of large gall stones...

when in doubt...flush it out

I am going to do a 1 day water or oj fast this weekend after the flush
