Borax is no problem for dogs or other pets; I put some in the water for my cat, tiny amounts.
Toxicity same as table salt .

Beware that borax and boric acid often are mixed up in references, articles. Boric acid has a much higher toxicity, as sulphuric acid are combined with the borax. Very efficient though.. but not what I would use in a house with pets or kids. Tweet
