Best Lyme Treatment Recommendations

Hello everyone,
sorry i'm a newbie to this site and after alot of reading into the forums i basically want to know what everyone wants to know and that is - how do we cure this lol? i'm from AUS and want to potentially go to a good detox retreat that specialises in Lyme where i am able to learn about it and kick start the detox program as i don't feel i have the strength to complete it by myself.

so, if anyone could recommend any programs or clinics anywhere in the World?

then after the clinic i want to follow a protocol, but the question is which 1?

I have also investigated protocls about - DrCowden, BUHNER Nicola Mcfadzean, Dr. Eliaz, Dr Kellman and Dr. Helowitz but i am so confused with who to follow and whihc has greatest success in treatment...

i have had lymes i'm suspecting for 8 years and have a very senstitive body... so with your knowledge in the field - which approach should i take??
