The pain/discomfort ended up travelling to my chest area, and shortly afterwards I vomited and here is the pic :

Not sure how to post pics. The large green thing has orange guts inside. Gross. Anyone know what it is? I certainly didn't eat anything like that ever (I always chew my food).

Immediately afterwards I felt better, passage in lungs more clear and my sore throat improved. Still feeling like crap and wanting to throw up.
