Re: Bone broth advice and experiences?

I was looking into making bone broth with deer bones.
Its the closest thing to having grass fed beef bones.
I'm in prime white tail deer hunting country.
I have a pressure cooker i will be trying it in.
Pressure cookers, cook food in minutes, that normally take hours.
HSN shopping channel sells them and has video's showing what they can do.
You don't have to order the cookers from them.
Just watch the video's to get a good idea of what they can do in minutes.

P.S.
They newer pressure cookers are electronic, that you plug into an outlet.
Not your grand ma's pressure cooker.

Here's a link to Youtube with HSN demonstrating different brands and models.
