I have had a lot of success with the alpha stim. I did 2 sessions of 3.0 - 3.5 for 60 minutes per day for a month then went to 1 session a day of 3.0 - 3.5 for 60 minutes for another month. Then I got to the point where I had too many alpha waves so I took a break and then started smaller 20 minutes sessions daily. Now I don't even use it anymore. There's no need. The Alpha stim is very much a waiting game. It will continually take time to get where you want to but just be consistent and it will pay off. If leaning towards the high end of the chart is helping you then stick with it. It's all about figuring out what works for you. Do it on the days you feel great as well as the days you feel bad. Consistency is key with the Alpha stim.
