2. if you smell like feces, im almost99.9% that it is related to leaky gut syndrome/candida infestation. you see candida is a fungus,when it grows it attaches to the intestines and "leaks" toxins into your bloodsteam (hence the fecal smell). I would do a cleanse (particularly dr alejandro jungers "clean" one) and then do a clean gut. after that go into the 3 months anti candida diet,but before go to a gastro talk to him and get tested for SIBO (hydrogen breath test), if it turns out you have that then follow the specific carb diet. as for diet right NOW, aavoid: dairy, GLUTEN, sugar, preservatives , buy organic as much as possible, focus on veggies, A LOTS of water. as for supplements i would suggest to first follow the diets i told you, they tell you what supplements to get.
