so I got the results for tmau from the actual hospital
Pre-choline load = 99.2%
Post choline l0ad=99.6%
Normals: %TMAO>92%
I also tested negative on mebo so this wasn't too surprising. The only thing low on the "amino acids serum" was cysteine at 41 when normal is 48-141 and also low were aspartic acid 2 range-1-24 and citrulline 23 normal range 23-49. organic acids urine was nothing found. In total nothing was found that could be a metabolic cause of bo. I still have to look at endocrine and more gastroenterology, maybe a cystoscopy or nephrology :'( it really baffles me in this country where I can spend all my time and money on this problem I wont find a cure.
