Loose teeth are caused by pathogens and oil pulling will always help there. However, if your bones and ligaments are affected (and they usually are), it will take time for them to rebuild. Getting rid of the bacteria is just a first step - but enables your body to heal and rebuild bones.

As I said it may take some time for it to happen.

I would also look into vit C to boost your immune system and a diet that helps strong bones. OP is the most important past of your health routine for loose teeth but not the only one.

My teeth weren't loose but after 3 months of oil pulling they sit much tighter and closer together. They feel stronger too.

Please be patient, you will see an improvement for sure, even if it takes months.
