FEMA Camps Have Already Begun

They are called homeless shelters now, but the result is the same. Be imprisoned with guards and fences without permission to leave and bussed in and out. It's for the betterment of society. We can't have the homeless running around on their own.

They start out like they did with the RFID chips. Chip the things you don't want to lose or need to be aware of. (pets and child molesters) Once people accept them, move on to the rest of their goal; everybody. I'm sure I could come up with a good sales pitch for it once we have a good crisis.
