I've been on a health streak for two and a half months now (regular exercise and cleaned up my diet a lot), but I can see I haven't taken it far enough. I will try to wean myself off gluten now, however hard that may be lol and try to incorporate more supplements/digestive enzymes into my daily routine. THANK YOU! :)
