Is a matter of hat you want or what works. Steroids can worsen your health considerably, but some people do well on them, especially those that CANNOT ecover their adrenal function. So with yhis age I would consider HC, but be warned steroids weaken the digestive and immune system. Vitamins, minerals (the protocol I linked him to) can only make your life better, especially when you are so old (my granny receives weekly b-complex injections by allopathy), whereas HC is another allopathic approach that sometimes works, and sometimes dont, but always screws your health slowly and silently.
