The following minerals/vitamins were shown as average low in the graphs (not ideal, but not deficient). Since this was not noted as average low in the summary list, I missed them: zinc, copper, and pantothenate (B5). B5 synthesizes fats, cholesterol, steroid hormones, porphyrin and phospholipids. B5 deficiency is common with gluten sensitivity or celiac disease. Copper deficiency can cause neutropenia.
My magnesium level was in the high range.
