My sleep has been getting better since I began using the Sota Bio Tuner. Im going to write about it on here when ive seen its effects over a few months. My insomnia is very brutual for the past four years, sleep for 2-3 hours, wake for 2-3 hours with adrenaline surges, then sleep again for 2-3 hours. The Bio Tuner, after a few weeks has already really been helping and although I still awake that once, im getting back to sleep quicker, without surges.
I think the belief is the sleep is blood Sugar related, and healing the metabolism is the best way to bring back sleep. But im not a winner on that front yet! :)
