Stabbing pains + sudden asthma 2.5 months in
I am 2.5 months into my Candida diet and 1 year into my Gaps diet.
After the first severe die off that lasted 3 weeks where I couldn't get out of bed and a rash that covered my entire face - I thought I would start getting better.
I'm now at 2.5 months in (got minimally better for about 2 weeks) then felt flu/cold coming on. Followed by stabbing/throbbing pains in my lower left side colon that corresponds with throbbing headache and nausea. The gut/headache/nausea lasts 4-6 hours after eating. Anything. Including just broth.
I also get asthma attacks - which never happened before.
I'm on Fluconaze (2x day first month - 1x day second and third month).
Also take daily:
Tumeric
Magnesium
Fiber
L-Glutamine
Fish Oil
I'm back to drinking just chicken broth with boiled zuchinni, raw avocado, raw coconut butter and pureed turnips. Also drink homemade kombucha for probiotics (can't take supplements - they make me too sick).
While it does help minimize the stabbing pains to a constant roar - it is not getting any better after a week of just this diet. Comes with bad acid reflux all day and night long. I've had at times to sleep sitting fully upright.
Also if I stand for at least 2-3 hours after eating it is better - no sitting or laying at all! This btw is not a solution since with broth I have to eat every 3 hours.
Doing
coffee enema everyday - otherwise no poop. Lower ab region is in constant gurgle fest all day long as well.
Please help? What can I do?
PS. No cheating on my diet = ever. I make all my meals myself from scratch. Also - if it matters I had my gallbladder removed earlier this year and yes, I now know that was a mistake.
