my diet might not be 100% perfect but here is the typical day:
breakfast- if anything at all...its fruit juice. I like the light feeling of a few cups of freshed squeezed OJ and pineapple.
Mid morning-noon I start desiring some solid food. which is usually grapes, bananas, dates
lunch is more fruit OR avocado with tomatoe, lemon, fresh dill
after noon snack is more banana, dates, grapes
after working out at gym its banana,celery, grape, sour apple smoothie with raw honey
dinner is either fruit or avocado or maybe steamed veggies and cooked beans, with small amounts of sauerkraut and few spices, maybe a tiny amount of sea salt
that is about the best I can do without making wife mad...she like to cook things in the evening...so i have to keep the peace and work with her.
i might eat a small portion of meat once or twice a month in the future. I have been meat free for like 2 months...trying to correct my old ways of poor eating of TOO much animal products.
I feel great and I hope with a long term commitment to this way of diet..I will add years to my life, since its mostly raw fruit based and natural.
I wish I could handle more fats. I could eat olives and avocados all day. I love the heavey fatty fruits!
