So people do complain openly about your Body Odor to you? Do they say something like you stink? In that case why don't you just bluntly tell them that you have a medical condition? I can imagine it's hard but if people would be so in my face about it I would tell them what the deal is in a not so nice way and that they can f*** off. And make them know how rude and inconsiderate they are.
