Hi, Did some ever mention to you that you smell?? How did you come to the conclusion that you smell bad??

I have a brother who has the same stench but he's over weight, unhealthy in every way and has bad hygiene. But honestly, i believe his rotten egg/rotting flesh/fart smell is caused by something else like his diet or medication. But I'm not to sure...
