I truly believe that the harsh chemicals in modern shampoos are a big reason for hair loss as it irritates the scalp. An unhappy, inflamed scalp can never grow healthy hair.

I've quit all bottled shampoos containing sulfates and switched to natural and old fashion shampoo bars, love it! I use it for the whole body as well, and face. I have only used JR Ligett's shampoo bar so far and just ordered a few different kind from Chagrin Valley too, can't wait to try them out. My hair feels great! I offset the alkaline shampoo bars with a white vinegar rinse, mix it with water, a ratio of 1:9, let it sit for a minute, then rinse. Hair is silky smooth without the dangers of any chemicals. Tweet
