Wow!! We have such similar specimens...
At this time, the only thing that makes this mucus theory hard to accept is...When I rub DMSO (pure)on my small intestine area...the whole section shifts and moves over. I have focused on this creature(s) for so long. After the large sections that came out last week I have have many juveniles. As I eliminate more, the ones in my head have reduced radically. The last couple of nights I have taken Licorice Root and Schizandra and this worm gets stiff, hard and stressed then off-gases (I know sounds crazy)a short time after....I then take Ornithine (converts ammonia) and the toxic feeling clears.

Who knows? Freaky...all I can say...
