What could trigger this shift?

Normally I am a wired/depressed, and its pretty mild. But a few weeks ago it all shifted. I became...

Depressed, no reason
Foggy like no other
my body feels heavy,
my mind is slowed all the way down and I feel like I'm in a dark cloud.

But I'm no longer anxious and I'm sleeping through the night.

I was copper detoxing, taking zinc, manganese, vitamins a, b's, c, d and e. HCL, enzymes, probiotic. Was eating high meat and veg diet with some gluten free grains. no digestive issues. I cannot handle even the slightest doses of these supplements anymore because I'm already nearly suicidal, and they send me over the edge. I'm already doing st. johns and 5htp. I did eat about a 1/4 of a bunch of cilantro 3 weeks ago and recently tested positive for mercury. I tested my thyroid 3 weeks ago and it was on the overactive side.

Could it be...
calcium shell? - if so how do you even treat that?
could my thyroid all of a sudden shift to being under?
Theres something happening thats different. I'm getting pretty sad as this feeling isn't lifting or getting better. :(
