You can do it...I found the juice fasting to be a mental test also. People who have no clue what health is would question me and thought I was crazy...then I would look at their wasteline and think to myself...yeah you are full of acid and cholestorol and are likley to be dead by age 65...I dont listen to anyone about health unless they know something I dont...just like I dont take financial advice from broke people.

Stick out the juice fast at least three weeks...you can do it!
