oil on the head. its a good healer, used in the bible. i use a dab of olive oil and do fine. castor oil treatment sounds good.

oil pulling, y'all. if you havent been over there to that forum or tried it, now would be a good time. we had some good times in the early days. oil pulling changed my life in many little but positive ways. good stuff.
