Duuuude. I know FBO is hella tough to deal with, but drugs have a tendency to make things worse in the long run. Do you exercise regularly? Whenever I get stressed out/overly anxious because of a particularly bad day, I just come home and do tons of cardio. I usually feel a bit better after that. Also, try taking things one day at a time. Over the past 7 years I've had this illness I've become more an more skilled at having a selective memory, lol. As soon as I get home I try to blank my mind out and just focus on the task of hand instead of thinking about what happened that day. It's important to actively force happy/funny thoughts into your head instead of dwelling on the bad or you could slip into a Depression (been there, done that). KEEP ON GOING STRONG MAN (keep up the diet too, I've been on mine for around a month and haven't seen a huge difference, but I hope that if I fiddle with the restrictions some more I'll find the right combination for me)! Best of luck! :)
