I am not sure if the movements in the leg , thirst & urination have the same cause, but if you were tested for Diabetes you were for sure tested for Diabetes Mellitus, Right ?
There is another Diabetes type which is called Diabetes Insipidus this disorder has nothing to do with the pancreas
it is involving the Kidneys and two ( very important)endocrine glands the Pituitary & Hypothalamus,Because it is a rare disorder is rarely diagnosed .
