I do have two pots of this supplement in the cupboard which I purchased a few months back and cost me about £75. I took one capsule and got a very bad headache at the back of my head where I sometimes experience discomfort after eating certain reactive foods. I sometimes get an immune reaction to those foods due to a severe hyper permeable transverse colon and stomach.

I intend to mount an attack on the biofilm in my gut protecting the - bacteria? candida? fungi?, I can only guess, inside the biofilm. I intend doing that using an enema of digestive enzymes and serrapeptase/nattokinase and then follow using probiotics.

You have reminded me of the Prescription Assist and if the links you give prove PA is beneficial I will add them to the mix of probiotics following the enzymes.

I have always liked Bacillus Subtilis because it is so beneficial to the health of the digestive system.
