Air Freshen Machine

I bought an aire freshen machine...been using it for 2 weeks now.

Am I suppose to clean it out each week? ANy particular instructions to do that?

Also, SHould I use the high setting or low setting? MY bedroom is 225 sq ft

How often should I add more herbs? Every few days add a dropper?
