need help opened breast cancer tumor

In 2010 I've discovered a lump under the nipple of my right breast. I did not want to go to the doctor because I knew they way of their so called "treatment". I've started to apply cabbage leaves on the lump for about 4 month. After that a ivory silky staff formed on the top and after awhile some liquid start coming out (I am sure that was lymphatic liquid because the lump was exactly were lymphatic tank is located. In time the opening enlarged eating away my breast tissues. I got in touch with a naturopath doctors. They advise me to let the liquid come out until will stop. Well after 3 years is still coming out. My "opened tumor is bigger and spread on my wall chest. Things I've tried all these years (beside eating healthy and take a pile of vitamins and minerals and no chemicals of any kind and no drug): B17 protocol, IV Vitamin C. Topically I've tried: Bentonite Clay, Comfrey and Plantago, Grapefruit oil poultices. Nothing seamed to work. Some year ago my Lymphatic nodes under the write arm start to grow to about 2 inch right now. I've never had pain, but lately some discomfort under my arm because of the grows and burning sensation on the initial tumor (under it because the skin is wet and can not form a crust because of the continuous liquid whipping out). Right now I am taking Essiac Extract 4 tsp twice/day. Wormwood tincture 1 tsp/day, Maple Syrup and Baking Soda mixture (2 tsp/day) to kill fungus and maintain the PH at 7.5, Habanero red pepper and Garlic Tincture. I spray on the opened tumor 8.4% Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda)and I apply Iodine tincture on the gauze(4 times/day).
Just few days ago I decided to go to the doctor and I had my first mammogram then x-ray ultrasound for biopsy and I will have a CT scan on sep 27. I've refused bone scanning (it involves radioactive substance. I am waiting for the results. The surgeon said that she can not remove the breast because it went on my chest wall and she can not make a whole in it - it will kill me. She said that I will have to have chemo and/or radiation. I do not want any of this and I feel trapped. I've tried the pregnancy test which came negative which indicates that I might not have cancer (I am 66 years old). I had CA 15.3 blood test which result was 12 out of 26. The naturopath doctor said that it looks that I have cancer in the first stage.
I know about the local Sodium Bicarbonate 5% inject-able solution (posted by Dr.Simoncini from Italy). I am about to try it on but I will appreciate if someone who might have try it can advice me about it.
Also I am looking for some advice from someone in similar situation - opened whipping tumor and the things tried (in detail) with good results. Your kind reply will be greatly appreciated
