Hii everyone I have started a 10 days Water Fasting today and I was wondering a couple of thing:
1. How much water should I drink ?
2. I'm doing this mainly for the mental benifits but I'm really curious about how much weight will I lose ? I am 5'5, 140 lbs. Plus I do an one hour slow walking a day.
This is my very first Water Fasting I'm really excited to see the results !
