try this as an aid to detox before you up and quit. Your body is amassing toxins into your gut and this will help flush them out. Salt will add NO calories and mixed in warm water and then another 16-20 oz of pure (non-fluoridated non-chlorinated) water taken afterward is a great electrolyte.
(Pretend the warm salt water is a 1/2 cup of soup.)
