Using a vacuum sealer to seal my juices I've been able to store for 5, 6 days, sometimes longer than a week with the same freshness as the day they were sealed. A big factor is the quality of the vacuum sealer and vacuum pack bags to get a good airtight seal: You can tell when juice has gone off due to the fermentation and 'vinegary' taste.
There are lots of options for buying a food vacuum sealer - we got ours from eBay but it has been a great investment over the years and probably saved a small fortune in food waste
