I learned about this in Dr. Joel Fuhrman's book

I gave my copy to a friend, so I can't look it up. lol

I DO recall mine typically being in the low 70's. (With normal eating it should be in the 80-120 range)

I went by how I felt; if I felt good, or fairly good, I continued.

If I started feeling like I had to pass out all the time, or, like in one fast, I had the 'dry heaves' all morning, I ended my fast.
