I have it on the lower lips and in the middle of my upper lip and the line that touches my lower lip. Is that what you mean? You're saying it may be dry lips? I've showered today and let the crusts come off and applied lip balm. I'm affraid all those peeling makes my lips become thinner (I know it's vain).
