Also I forgot to mention, it has been about 10 days since my first time trying oil pulling, and the tooth movement has never come back. Another thing, is when i try to scratch plaque with my finger nails none of it comes off as it used to even after brushing my teeth. Now right after oil pulling its impossible to scratch any plaque of because all of it is virtually gone.
