UTI pus in urine

This is not related to candida, but possibly e. coli. I posted here because this board seems to be more active and people treating candida seem to have more knowledge about certain things. I need help. Does anyone know about recurrent uti/pus in urine/possible biofilm and the treatment needed or it? Feel confused and scared. Been swallowing raw garlic for a week, seems like it gets better, then I notice pus again.

I know of d- mannose, and tried that for a while. I don't know if I have biofilm issue or what. Just want to get rid of it, as I have been struggling to treat this for a very long time now. I took Antibiotics , but as some of you probably know, that only initially helps but it comes back.

Also adding in cranberry juice, feel like I'm just throwing shots in the dark.

I've heard of megadosing on vitamin C, but I don't know if that would really kill the bacteria. You have no idea how much research I have done and still feel like I'm getting nowhere. It's very frustrating.
