Cedars Sinai has implicated candida and other fungi in IBD, in at least a subset of cases.
Nystatin is modestly effective. Probably a 3 drug antifungals cocktail would be better.
And drugs that help, rather than hinder the immune response. Aside from IVIG, leukine has been tried.
