Agreed. I'm not afraid to dose higher. I use NOW brand asc. acid powder, sunflower lethicin and the required ultrasonic for the liposmal and I have tablets also (1000mg). I'll start increasing to bowel tolerance immediately.
I prefer to do one thing at a time to see how I respond instead of too much at once and asc. acid is an easy place to begin this.
