Candida and sugar

So I just started to get rid of candida but in having a hard time getting rid of sugar. It isn't that I am craving it or anything it's just in about everything
For breakfast I have honey almond flax (simple truth) cereal it has 13g what would be a good alternative for that. That's to much Sugar right ?? I also eat organic mixed vegetables(frozen) 4g but that's considered natural right it's not an ingredient like the cereal was and Amy's organic vegan soup (out of a can that has 2-4 g can't remember? Then organic Celery i would eat organic peanut butter but that also has 2g Taking Sugar out is not the problem craving wise I can go cold turkey I am just having a hard time finding substitutes help please! Also I am taking supplements and I have pain on my lower left side ? Is that my kidneys am I taking to much ? I didn't know if it could be or my ovarian cyst ? I also have polysistic ovarian syndrome another reason for the diet.
