Yes, it is ok but is too much Nystatin. 500 000 units is enough.

Nobody knows the time you need to do it. Maybe some months.!

Try to hold the solution until the next day. Use less water, around 4 ounces.

Don't add anything else to the solution but an Aspirin and an EDTA capsule if you wish.
