Also I think a lot of you guys are overlooking the oil pulling. I've been doing it, and I believe Ibinns has been doing it as well. I think it has been helping me.

I'm not too sure about the bepanthen though but it's still a little early to tell. I'm going to use it for a couple of weeks and see what happens if not i'll probably order the other bepanthen that Ibinns is using. Tweet
