Question about results

So I just got back some lab results from bio center labs and my number was 14. I'm wondering if that is accurate because while I did freeze the container, when I was first collected it I overfilled it and had to pour some of the stuff out, and I think some of the preservant went too. Could that have skewed the results much? Tweet
