Help... I need cure for skin parasites Link to a picture included.

I have a skin disease that won't heal. It is skin mites, or something. I feel the bugs under my skin. It is spreading, little by little. The skin underneath turns black while they're in there. I have been to three dermatologist's but they couldn't cure me. I am currently taking Paragone parasite cleanse by Renew Life in hopes of curing it. It's been one week and still no relief from the skin bugs. It's like it's colony of bugs. I have a link to a pic that I took...
