C Diff is not "caught" from Antibiotics but Antibiotic use IS one of the causes of c diff. It nearly killed me. Have since then had 2 gastroenterolists agree that Antibiotics are one of the causes and it clearly states on Antibiotic container of a relative "diarrhea can occur weeks or months after use". So while Antibiotics are not the only cause of c diff, it is one of them.
