Is this scabies?

Last week, I developed a cough and some congestion. I thought I was coming down with a cold, so I started taking lots of garlic and vitamin C. Today, I found some strange bumps on my left leg. The area is about 3 inches square. There are two curved lines of bumps about 1/4 inch apart, that are almost parallel to each other. To the right of that is a solid raised welt about 1.5 inches long that goes to the end of the two curved lines and makes a hard left for about an inch. To the right of that are four bumps in a curved lines and some more random bumps in no pattern.

I put castor oil on it, and a couple of white soft-bodied things came out of a couple of the random bumps, but I don't have a microscope or even a good hand glass, so I couldn't identify them.

I wish I had any way to show them to you, but my camera doesn't show the detail and I don't have a scanner, so can't draw a picture and get it into the computer.

I just remembered reading that scabies made curved trails, so I wanted to come here first.

ETA: the bumps are not red, and don't itch. They are just raised under the skin like hives.

ETA2: The bumps finally went away after spewing out some tiny white things. Tweet
