Cleaning infrared Sauna

Hi all; I had a relative use my sauna and since then there is a strong urine smell. I've tried cleaning the bench in the bathtub with natural soap and water, but the smell is still there. Any suggestions of what to use that would be natural and healthy?? Thanks!
