I'd like to give up coffee as I really think it's making me too jittery and wired and it's also not good for my digestion. I'm a bit worried though about caffeine withdrawal headaches and think I'll miss the taste of it.
I'm not a big coffee drinker but I do have it pretty much every day, usually one in the morning and sometimes one early afternoon. I realize it's an addiction and I'd really like to hear from anyone who has given it up successfully. Is there anything you can do to minimize the headaches and come off it easier and what did you drink instead?
